Thank you for shopping at Green Lane Association. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- General Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at shop@shop.glass-uk.org or call us at 07973 485625 to inform us of your intent to return an item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorisation: We will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without an RA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all original parts and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, Stripe).
- Please allow 5-10 working days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please Note: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. We will cover all associated return shipping costs in these cases.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Please check the product description to see if an item is non-returnable.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to our error, as described in Section 5).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
